Payment & Refund

Payments for Atelier Dismospera services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on dismospera.lat.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from desk@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Finland norms.
• When reading payment guidance on this site, mention that page name in your desk@this site subject so Atelier Dismospera routes it correctly.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact desk@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Tampere unless otherwise stated.

We keep payment paced so custom clothing finishing quality stays steady without silent add-ons — changes need a written OK. No app-only queues for this bench.
